* Direct the temporary and permanent moves of the tenants during the rehab process of a 250 unit highrise building. * Coordinate tenants moves to temporary apartments within the building while their unit is being rehabbed. * Make sure building is in compliance with CHA and HUD contracts in regards to the number of unit types. * Make a schedule for the movers, tenants and cleaners. * Deliver all notice to tenants. (60-day, 30-day, 7-day, 60-day rent increase) * Update spreadsheet so all involved knew who was moving, when they were moving, which unit they where moving to, if it was a permanent or temporary move, and what notices each tenant had received. * Talk to tenants about any and all concerns with the rehab process or any other general questions. * Inspected units for preparedness and to access the amount being moved. * Ordered and dispersed packing material * Process the invoices for the moves, packing material, and refunds to tenants. * Obtained bids for movers and cleaners, and wrote summery to estimate the cost of each moving company.
