I started as a SDET on the platform abstraction layer for Lync 2015. Built new test tools for testing audio/video stack on the Windows Modern and Windows on ARM. The component is still powering Microsoft Teams today. After the Skype acquisition, I worked with the Skype team in Europe to build a common test infrastructure for audio/video across all platforms. On the Windows 10 team, I designed and developed a new calling and messaging feature to automatically route calls and messages through Skype backend when all recipients are on Windows 10 (mobile and desktop). I developed the new Skype experience on Xbox and shipped it to millions of users. I worked with the Windows Core team to improve the Voip Call Coordinator apis and the performance of non-game processes on Xbox. On the OneNote Team, I provided technical leadership and engineering good practice. I built and deployed micro services in Azure for OneNote. I led the first engineering recruiting for Microsoft in Africa, organized campus events in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana and Tanzania. Over 2 years, we hired about 30 college grads for SDE roles in the US. I am also a recipient of the Blacks At Microsoft Leadership Award for my efforts to bring more diversity in Engineering

In the Wireless and Electromagnetic Compliance and Design Center, I created a lab to test and wireless interference within the 2.4GHz I ran a compliance project for Medtronic on the medical devices operating in the 2.4GHz range to ensure they do not interfere with other devices/appliances. That project was also part of my Master's thesis
