Born and raised in Western North Carolina, as a child growing up on a dairy farm, Nathan saw firsthand how hard work and perseverance could shape his future. As an entrepreneur for the past 14 years, his experience has created the aptitude for his role as the Chief Training Officer with Consolidated Assurance.
