About
Most companies don’t have a delivery problem. They have a visibility problem — and they don’t know it yet. They’re paying rates that haven’t been benchmarked in years. They’re using carriers that made sense three years ago. Their last RFP was a spreadsheet exercise that ended with the incumbent winning again. And nobody internally has the time, the data, or the carrier relationships to change that.I’ve spent the last 6 years inside exactly that complexity — building and running national transport operations for Nespresso Canada. That means managing a multi-carrier network across B2C, B2B, and boutique replenishment from coast to coast. Negotiating contracts. Running RFPs. Owning performance. Sitting at the table with executive leadership to make sure transport decisions actually connect to business outcomes — not just operational ones. The scope is genuinely national. The margin for error is essentially zero. And after a decade of doing this for one of the most operationally demanding brands in the world, I’ve developed a sharp sense for where logistics spend leaks, where carrier relationships underperform, and where the right decisions — made early — save serious money. What I know for certain: most organizations are leaving value on the table in their transport operations. Not because they lack effort. Because they lack the specific expertise to see it.I’m always open to connecting with supply chain professionals, logistics leaders, and anyone navigating the complexity of Canadian carrier markets. If you’re thinking through a transport challenge and want a frank perspective — reach out.

Delivery Services Manager
Montreal, QC
Leading all transportation operations across Canada for one of the world's most demanding premium consumer brands — a genuinely national mandate covering B2C and B2B small parcel delivery, boutique replenishment, and international inbound shipments. Responsible for a multi-million dollar transport budget and a network of a dozen+ carrier partners. I manage a team of three, own carrier performance end-to-end, and serve as the primary link between transport operations and executive leadership. Core areas of ownership: Carrier contract negotiations and multi-carrier RFP processes Service reliability and cost efficiency across all delivery flows IT and API integration with carrier partners Last-mile sustainability initiatives Cross-functional alignment with supply chain, finance, and commercial teams Operating at a scale where service failures are visible, margin pressure is constant, and the standard for execution is high by design.

Delivery Services Specialist
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Owned the analytical and operational engine behind Nespresso Canada's delivery performance — translating raw transport data into decisions that actually moved the needle on cost and service. Led cost driver analytics across all variable distribution expense, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting by channel and region. Identified variance patterns and surfaced savings opportunities across last-mile, boutique, and intermodal flows. Drove business development and innovation initiatives within the delivery services portfolio — building business cases, aligning local projects to global roadmaps, and presenting opportunities to leadership. Managed carrier relationships day-to-day in partnership with procurement, including seasonality planning and capacity management across peak periods. Defined and monitored KPIs benchmarked against industry standards and comparable Nespresso markets globally.

Delivery Services Analyst
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Built the operational and analytical foundations for Nespresso Canada's transport function — a period of high ownership and broad scope for an analyst role. Coordinated end-to-end delivery operations across all channels: B2C, B2B, boutique replenishment, container inbounds, and recycling pickups. Managed daily carrier liaison across four distribution centers nationally. Developed Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting tools to track transport spend efficiency, shipment volumes, and carrier transit performance. Built and maintained root cause reporting on delivery complaints with structured action plans. Created SOPs for all freight movements handled by the department. Built the RFP database that supported Nespresso Canada's 2022 carrier tender process — and contributed directly to its execution.
Transport Coordinator
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Coordinated import and export cargo movements at one of the world's largest container shipping lines — managing documentation, rail and port work orders, customs broker relationships, and last-mile trucking across Canada. Developed a sharp eye for carrier performance, billing accuracy, and cost containment under tight operational timelines. Built the habit of finding savings in the margins: one-way transport opportunities, invoice discrepancies, exception handling — the details that add up. A role that taught the difference between moving freight and managing freight intelligently.

Ocean Import Coordinator
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Three and a half years across two disciplines at one of the world's leading logistics providers — ocean imports and road freight — covering the full shipment lifecycle from booking to final delivery. On the ocean side: end-to-end coordination of import shipments, customs broker management, documentation, billing, and client communication across Canada and international agent networks. The foundation of everything that came after — multimodal exposure, operational discipline, and an understanding of how freight actually moves before the spreadsheets get involved.

Road Freight Coordinator
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Three and a half years across two disciplines at one of the world's leading logistics providers — ocean imports and road freight — covering the full shipment lifecycle from booking to final delivery. On the road side: planning and monitoring of FTL and LTL freight movements, carrier rate negotiation, domestic scheduling, and compliance with quality management standards. The foundation of everything that came after — multimodal exposure, operational discipline, and an understanding of how freight actually moves before the spreadsheets get involved.
