• Coordinated the offshoring of the Commercial and Corporate Business Intelligence function including developing and delivering the training to the new team offshore. Requested to become Interim Team Leader and be the only support post transition until full embedded. • Worked with Customers, Business Partners (BPs) and Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Managers to identify opportunities for P&L improvement through the production of analysis and insight to support the online proposition re-pricing, generating the bank £12m per annum. • Provided robust analytical support and commercial insight to the business for a) Electronic Banking, Money Transmission, International Payments and Transactional FX (c. £300m annual income) b) Real Estate Business (c. £15bn assets & £0.5bn income) and c) Corporate and Commercial Business (c. £30bn assets & £1.5bn income). • Responsible for running qualitative scenario analysis for regulatory stress testing across the product set and customer segments. • Worked with Product Managers and BPs to provide a specifications, UAT and delivery of a new Payments planning model (Hyperion). The model is now successfully used for c. £250m annual budgets. • Proactively engaged and influenced BPs through identification and development of actionable business insights on a monthly basis, ultimately helping to drive commercial decisions. • Managed complex and high value change control requests. Most recently delivered a successful change control for £250m annual income and a £5.6bn balance sheet, within pressured timelines, to deliver operating model changes to move to the Bank’s future structure. • Identified an accounting and reporting error with an impact of £3m that I followed to root cause and lead to resolution whilst coordinating colleagues across Product, Financial Control and Technology.

Produced summaries comparing strategic direction across qualitative and quantitative measures for the Divisional Board Report. • Produced a summary of in-depth market analysis on regulatory events for the Financial Institutions sector, such as EBA Stress Tests and ICB ringfencing, for inclusion in the CBD Board Report. • Produced Divisional narrative for the H1 2011 results communication for the investor community and the internal financial announcement for the Divisional Chief Executive, tailoring the messages to the appropriate audiences. Project Analyst • Worked with Head of Strategy and Change to develop improvements to credit documentation processes. Recommendations were progressed and I was requested to be part of the delivery team.
