Nathan Haas

Ex-professional cyclist, 10 years in the World Tour (15 years total), having represented Australia at world championships in three cycling disciplines (XC MTB, Road and Gravel) and the commonwealth games, it is time for me to share all the lessons I have learned so far in this beautiful sport. Combining my years of cycling experience with my science background, my mission is to educate and teach aspiring athletes of all levels in a way which puts HEALTH before all else, to bring a life of balance, introspection and success through this wonderful sport.I believe the bicycle is a metaphorical machine with the power to learn about oneself, to grow with, and to ultimately improve your life, health, focus, discipline and relationships when done in right dose and measure. With cycling intention is everything. Athletes need a why. This is where I help.
