Developed a touch-enabled, networked, data sharing application from scratch for UI/UX academic studies. - Built application from scratch in Unity C# - Agile development, changing the application constantly based on feedback from academic pilot study runs - Designed and implemented .NET server-client networking - Implemented UI based on specifications from PhD researcher - Experimented on and implemented various touch control schemes for the study application - Implemented file I/O for logging desired data during application runtime and for loading different study scenarios - Used Git to track application versions and manage experimental feature branches

Nanomedicine Research Assistant
MaRS Downtown Toronto
Researcher tasked with the optimization of the Cellax synthesis process in preparation for a pre-clinical to clinical phase transition. Major tasks included design and execution of a formulation stability study, and QA/QC analysis optimizing critical process parameters to meet critical quality attributes. Weekly presentation of results was given.

Research Assistant
Maheshwari Research Lab
Mike & Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum Nano Center
Researcher tasked with the engineering design of a Gold Nanoparticle chain synthesis process. The GNP chain is a base for a Single Electron Transistor modelled glucose nanosensor. The GNP chain was optimized for low branching and high chain length in order to minimize the self-capacitance of the SET's Island and allow bridging of electrode gaps. Additionally, research was done on the control of the self-assembly process - particularly in the manipulation of the particle spacing in the chains.

Research Assistant
Rempel Research Lab
Engineering 6, University of Waterloo
Researcher tasked with the analysis of hydrogenation catalysis in nitrile rubbers. Additionally responsible for the safety, documentation, and storage overhaul of a large chemical inventory.
