Management and coordination of the activities of the accounting staff in the Latam subsidiaries, ensuring all the financial transactions were recorded both locally and in the Parent company in and timely and accurate manner, complying with the current accounting standards. − Evaluate, document, and implement financial and accounting processes, internal controls, and best practices. − Manage and coordinate the recording of Subsidiaries’ Financial transactions in collaboration with local accounting teams. − Manage the preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reverses, and intercompany transactions. − Management of intercompany billing and reconciliations. − Ensure that the month-end process is performed timely. − Monitor global compliance with corporate accounting policies. − Ensure timely and accurate tax filing and tax payments monthly and annually. − Coordinate the preparation and review of monthly financial statements of subsidiaries explaining variances with companies' books. − Internal documentation of all the transactions. − Management of local internal and external accounting teams.

Ensure the application and compliance of the established accounting policies and procedures. Provide tracking and analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet and Budget. Reports to Local Government Entities. Generation of the closing of the CO module, validate closing figures, inform and manage corrections to the client and the work group, generate the monthly financial reports of the clients assigned (4 companies in the United States and 4 Colombian companies).
