MAPS means Models, Assessment and Policies for Sustainability. It's a 4-year Horizon Europe research project aimed at exploring post-growth policy pathways. I coordinate and implemente international multi-disciplinary cutting-edge research in sustainability, ecological economics and political ecology, with a particular focus on post-growth approaches. Climate Fresk is a powerful tool for providing a quality climate education. In 3 hours, the collaborative Climate Fresk workshop helps individuals understand the science behind climate change and be empowered to take action, at personal or company level. https://climatefresk.org/

Led the development of training programs about digital skills aiming at empowering people. My role consisted in: - client management (the client was a major tech company) - overall project management - management of stakeholders on different continents (Europe, North and South America, Africa, Middle East) - selecting agencies for video-shooting - recruiting digital creators - localization into French of training content available in English, Spanish and Portuguese - organizing filming for video production, coordination of stakeholders and logistics - implementation of weeks of video shooting in Geneva and Paris - video quality control during the shootings and during post-production - upload of training videos and monitoring of finished product - evaluation of the process Pearl Consulting is a certified B Corp.

PROGRAMS & PROJECTS: • Responsible for training programs such as the Young Challengers Program, a 2-month program bringing together young entrepreneurs, students as well as young talents from companies from all around the world, aimed at developing the skills needed to solve environmental and social problems through social business (workshops and coaching sessions on purpose, systems thinking, social business models, ecosystem building, etc.). • Responsible of incubation & acceleration programs such as the social business incubation support tailored for BNP Paribas social business intrapreneurs. • Member of the support network for the Kofi Annan Award for Innovation in Africa • Mentor for the Google Startup Advisor SDG Program. EVENTS & COMMUNITY: • Organisator of international events bringing together the social business community, such as the East Africa Social Impact Days (online, June 2021) and the Global Social Business Summit (hybrid / Nairobi, November 2021). Design of the agenda, communication, speaker selection and management, partnership building and partner management, panel moderation. • Contact point for African partners and ecosystems.

Design and facilitation of workshops for the "Train the Mentor" series for entrepreneurship ecosystem players in Senegal. The workshops address questions of learning, leadership, personal and professional development as well as community building and ecosystem empowerment.
