Nathalie Daniele

Manager of the preclinical and translational platform, composed of 5 teams/activities: bioexperimentation, functional evaluation, histology, non clinical and translational pharmacology, immunomonitoring. Our activities consist in performing in vivo and histological technics for the INSERM research unit hosted in Généthon and taking charge of the non-clinical packages and the bioanalytical test development for the patient in therapeutic projects. I manage the 5 teams, using the tools of the lean management. I provide expert advice on my various fields of expertise. I participate in the project teams, supervise the non clinical studies and their reporting.

Researcher in the field of gene therapy of neuromuscular disorders in two research teams: from 2004 to 2011: limb girdle musclar dystrophy team; from 2011 to 2017: centronuclear myopathy team.

Postdoctoral researcher in the field of infectious diseases. Member of the biochemistry team, I was in charge of the identification and setting-up of the assay of bacterial-specific targets.

Post-doctoral researcher in the field of insulin signalling and diabetes.

PhD researcher. Regulation of hepatic glucose-6-phosphatase by PI3kinases and insulin in rats.
