Leading industrial projects in the painting division focused on expanding production capacity, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving Industry 4.0 initiatives. Responsible for managing contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects that enhance operational efficiency. Serve as Industrial Engineering representative in Yamaha’s TPM pillars: Preventive Maintenance and Specific Maintenance ,as well as in the Ergonomics Innovation pillar, promoting continuous improvement and process optimization.

> Technical responsible for projects to implement structures and production flows for new products of the Plant. > Responsible for the Quotation process and feasibility of new business (B2B). > Responsible for designing production lines, changing process layouts in order to ensure greater efficiency and quality, as well as adapting the allocation of resources (labor, equipment, etc.) > Responsible for communication Plant > Corporation (Industrial Engineering) + monitoring of the Plant's production rates, as well as guaranteeing technical support with all sectors of the plant in order to guarantee the rates within the target.

> Responsible for statistical control of processes and quality related to final products (Tablets, Smartphones, Weareables). > Technical responsible for validation and quality assurance in the introduction of new products (NPI). > Carrying out process improvements in order to ensure the quality of the final products through the times and methods studies, ergonomics, development of jigs and fixtures. > Responsible for the analysis and resolution of failures related to materials, testing and manufacturing.

> Technical responsible for the control of lens manufacturing processes. > Project manager for the implementation of new products in the plant. > Responsible for activities related to process mapping (VSM), balancing production lines and changing and validating new processes. > Responsible for consumables control and savings control projects by department.
