• Management of the master project schedule, monitoring planning, and cost of the project. • Prepare monthly estimated and forecast cash flow of the project to the accounting department. • Verify and approve inquiries to Procurement to ensure that the equipment specification is by the contractual obligation and conform to the process and engineering design. • Coordinating/making decision for all necessary activities, actions and organization in line with the project time and cost constraints. • Preparing all contractual correspondence sent to Client/Contractor, including costs. • Analyzing of contractual correspondence received from client/contractor. Ensuring timely submission and adjustments. • Preparing certificates to be issued by Company, as provided for in the contract, for signature by the Parties. • Participating in weekly & monthly meetings which is necessary and Variation Order meetings and upon request from the Site Engineers attend any and all ad hoc meetings with contractor or client. • Preparing and collating of all corresponding minutes of meetings in respect to all commercial and contractual issues. • Checking the necessary conformity of subcontracts to project procedures. • Providing guidelines to the Site Engineers to ensure proper coordination. • Preparing additional other Contracts related to the work on Site as requested by the Site Engineers. • Following up of the contract’s correspondence curriculum, coordination and signatures in line with the Contracting Procedure. • Assist project teams develop correspondences and contractual documentation. • Provide mitigation strategy for risks associated with all commercial contracts. • Develop and Organize contract requirement. • Review and negotiate contracts to meet contractual obligation.
