About
By my late twenties I'd worked inside some of the most recognized companies in the world - Ford, Publix, P&G, Amazon, Delta, Formula 1. Getting promoted, leading teams, and handed more responsibility than most people my age. But nobody ever taught me how to manage people. I learned strategy. Brand. How to build things. What I never learned is what almost nobody teaches - why people do what they do. Why a high performer suddenly goes quiet. How a team can have every right ingredient and still fall apart. So I went and figured it out myself. I earned a Master of Social Work alongside my MBA, a combination that barely exists in the leadership world and brought behavioral science, attachment theory, and organizational psychology somewhere they'd never really been: into the everyday chaos of managers trying to figure out why their teams aren't working. Then people started telling me things. You're the best manager I've ever had. Your team absolutely loves you. Thank you for actually caring about me. My teams performed consistently, not because I had better strategy, but because I understood the people behind it. Most managers aren't failing because they lack ambition. They're failing because nobody taught them that people are the whole job. That's the gap I'm here to close and I believe my generation has a real opportunity to change what leadership looks. Through corporate workshops, keynote speaking, and content for thousands of emerging leaders, I translate behavioral psychology into tools that actually work on Monday morning. Leadership is changing. I'm here to make sure it changes for good. - Most people find me through my content - behavioral psychology and leadership through the lens of pop culture, for the generation of leaders who are done with boring management advice. Find me on Instagram and Substack where I write weekly on organizational behavior and what actually makes peopel good managers. If you're an HR leader, L&D director, or People Ops team looking for a workshop or keynote your managers will actually remember, I'd love to connect. 📩 hello@natashalucia.com 🔗 Substack: https://readspillover.substack.com/ — Leadership psychology · Behavioral science · First-time manager development · Organizational behavior · Management training · Corporate workshops · Keynote speaking · Women in leadership · Leadership development
