Assist owner of Le Personal Chef and Executive Chef, Sami Fgair - Madison’s Premiere Upscale On-Location Chef with catering weddings, private dinners, cocktail parties and corporate events in Southern WI with a French-Mediterranean Flair. Provide guests a carefree atmosphere for their special event by managing all aspects from menu creation to taking out the trash. Experience includes: assisting the chef with cooking, food preparation, serving, bartending, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, professionally photographing food and consulting on vegetarian and vegan options while pushing for local consumption. Knowledge in food preparation, menu creation, event planning, serving 1-250, nutrition, sanitation, security, personnel management and staff training.

Day of events staff - for the largest paddlesports consumer event in the world, with over 250,000 square feet of kayaks, canoes, outdoor equipment and clothing. Over 100 seminars, speakers and clinics make Canoecopia an educational event where you can learn everything you need to know to select, purchase and use the perfect gear for your style of paddling. This position is one (LONG BUT FUN) weekend annually. Event Setup - Lots of unloading boxes, moving fixtures, unloading and moving boats to various booths, setting up grid, putting up signage, banners...... Workout time! Ticket Sales - Selling wristbands at the two entrances to the Expo Hall. Lots of sitting and smiling! Runner - Ready for anything and knowledge of all locations in main event hall an lobby. Always on hand and available for whatever miscellaneous (but important) tasks need to be completed Tear down - Carts products back to semis, loads boats, loading fixture onto Ryder Trucks. Help vendors as needed and available. Workout time again!

Work with children ages 3 to 5 at Katmai Child Development Center on Elmendorf Air Force Base - Anchorage, Ak Plan, coordinate and conduct activities for program participants based on observed needs of individual children and youth Implement activities and special events that meet the physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of children and youth Establish a program environment that sustains participant interest and promotes positive interactions with other children, youth and adults Help prepare, arrange and maintain indoor and outdoor activity areas and materials to accommodate daily skills Demonstrate, instruct, lead and facilitate planned and spontaneous program activities Supervises children and youth during daily schedule of indoor and outdoor activities, on field trips, outings and special events. Promotes and models safety, fitness, health and nutrition practices.
