Since 2007, I have worked in the medical field and learned a lot as a heath care professional. I began working as a CNA for a nursing home and after graduating from Lake Land College with an Associates Degree in Nursing, I became a registered nurse working at a small rural hospital. I developed excellent nursing skills while working in the Med-Surg unit. A few years ago, I transferred from the hospital setting to a rural health clinic. I worked for Dr. John Opilka in Family Practice and am currently working for Dr. Eugene Dust in Internal Medicine. Both are affiliated with the Mid-Illinois Medical Care Associates group.
