* Responsible for the Marketing materials : content/design of brochures and handbooks, creation of a poster and a mini roll-up * Supervise and monitor a PPC Google AdWords campaign (Search & Display) and Email blast campaign * Editing the website content * Managing the Facebook page * Responsible for application and admissions processes of all applying students * Receiving and organizing group visits * Worldwide recruitment of engineering students: visiting local schools, meeting with school counselors and prospective students, giving presentations and attending fairs in Europe, North America and Asia

* Establishment of a historical entertainment chart * Elaboration of a reminder form to join social networks ( Linked'In, Twitter) * Creating product pages * Following edittion projects (brochures, leaflets, maps) * Checking and examining videos before being shown to the public * Laying out PowerPoint presentations

* Represent the university at fairs in Israel & France * Organization and promotion of open days * Day to day support of marketing activities (visits, presentations) * Participation in the creation of a virtual visit of the university * Managing the Facebook page * Follow up of potential students (leads) received through various marketing efforts * Main contact for the French market: creation of new partnerships with Universities in France, writing up articles for French catalogs and elaboration of a brochure in French

* Assist customers with banking procedures * Remittance processing checks * Filling checkbooks * Issuing payments * Assisting customers to their safe-deposit box
