I have been working in the food industry one way or another for over 22 years and have always been passionate about training and learning. I’ve always believed that when people are given the right tools and resources, knowledge, and support, they can achieve great things — and that belief drives my work every day as a Learning and Development Specialist at Johnsonville. In a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are everything, I help bridge the gap between people and process. I partner with many roles across the company to design hands-on learning experiences that help members grow — both personally and professionally. I am passionate about creating learning solutions that make a real difference. I love seeing someone gain confidence in a new skill, solve a problem more effectively, or step into a bigger role because of something they have learned. I combine my understanding of adult learning principles with a deep appreciation for how manufacturing actually works — the machines, the people, the pace — to ensure training feels relevant, practical, and empowering. Whether it’s safety compliance, process improvement, or career development, my goal is always the same: to help people perform their best and feel proud of what they do.
