Bilingual (English/Spanish) operations and people-focused professional with experience supporting global services and travel-related teams in remote and hybrid environments. Over the past few years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people and processes, from supporting high-volume contract operations to coordinating with cross-cultural leadership teams and assisting international clients. I enjoy bringing structure to complex workflows, strengthening communication across teams, and helping create smooth, positive experiences behind the scenes. With a background in Latin American Studies and hands-on experience working with bilingual stakeholders, I have a strong appreciation for global collaboration.
