Working as a Mid-Level Automation & AI Engineer, responsible for the setup, orchestration, and maintenance of automation environments, backend services, and AI-driven solutions. Key responsibilities and deliverables: • Provisioning and management of cloud instances (DigitalOcean, Hostinger, and Oracle Cloud) • Setup, maintenance, and scaling of n8n for mission-critical automations • Containerization and service orchestration using Docker and Docker Swarm • Development and consumption of REST APIs for internal and external integrations • Creation of custom APIs for data scraping and data collection • Data enrichment within automated pipelines • Design and integration of AI-powered voice agents • Implementation of outbound and inbound call flows and automatic dialing • Integration of voice agents with Asterisk (VoIP / SIP) • Use of ElevenLabs and Vapi for voice synthesis and conversational orchestration • Design of voice-driven conversational flows and automation logic • Integrations with HubSpot (including custom chat experiences), Chatwoot, and Pipedrive • Monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of automated workflows
