I was originally Hiered as a Shft Hourly Manager. As I was finishing my training and doing my Burger King Certification of completion of the company' s Training. With in 2 Weeks of me being establish in the store I was to be at I started to make changes on my staff during my shift tobuid a better staff. Then my Stre Manage walks out on my day off and calls me to give me all of the store's access cdes and pass words. I thn went to the store and started the day to day opperations and getting everything that was needed to be done as the GM. I was then officially promoted to the GM position and started to the the store's weekly scheduls, Manager schedules, Bank Deposits, makeing change for the week for the store, Weekly Invatory, Monthly Invatory, Employee's Evaluation's for Raise's, Manager's Evaluation's, Watching our Servalence camra's for days I was not there, Assist in training, Cooking, Cask box, Cleaning, Doing store ordering for maintence, Checking in the Truck Order, Attend Weekly Meatingsfor the GM'S, Attend Quaterly Meatings with Owner and Upper Managment.

I cook, Wait tables when needed i assist the GM on the makeing the schedules. I also do inrviews, hiering, fiering, I also do the day to day opperations for the night and grave yard shifts aswell as coach, train, promote, and do the store's nightly drops of cash as well as temp. logs, and I also do the nightly once a week Opperational Evaluation's of the store. I also do a daily inspection of employee's and of the general store.

To learn and be efficient with my weapon to a grade of an expert level. As well as be profficient in Tatical Training, and assist in the Driving the Bradley Tanks and learn how to shoot the .50 cal, Tow missle, .20 cal and be proficient in all aspects of my weaponds.

I assist VETERANS like my self get paid for travel reimbursement for going to appointments. I accept thier document and start to verify all information is correct and pass it along to our travel agents who process and verify that they attend to then make payment.

I a currently starting in January 16,2017 here and will be here for 3 semesters with is equivalent to 36 hours.

Below is my certification on Computer Forensics' by ACE. I took this class and received the Certification as my Christmas present to my self. I passed the exam with an 80%

I am studying several different classes to help to be effective in any industry and have the knowledge of safety in any kind of field and to be certified in several fields to include the following: Health Safety, Dental Safety, Pharmacy Safety, Hospital Hazard Safety, Blood Born Pathogens in a Healthcare Industry, Effective Safety Committee Operations, Effective Accident Investigation, Hazard Communication Program, Conducting a Job Hazard Analysis, Developing OSH Training, Fire Prevention Plans, Conducting OSH Training, Managing Workplace Stress, Introduction to Safety Management , 36-hour Occupational Safety and Health Trainer (Train-The-Trainer). I have completed a total of 93 hours of training.
