* My key roles are : * Carry out pre-event call to the conference host and meet and greet host on the day of the event * Check notice board to ensure the details are correct and that the meeting room is set to client specifications * Communicate any changes to event details with the appropriate departments immediately * Take ownership of any concerns and ensure that issues are rectified * To be responsible for all bills being raised accurately * Gain and display good knowledge of hotel facilities and set up of meeting rooms * Anticipate and address guests’ service needs and receive feedback * Make appropriate recommendations to ensure succession of every event
