She is a management consultant, executive and entrepreneurial coach, master neuroplastician (M.npn) and practitioner in neuroscience, specializing in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ). She has expertise in complex conflict resolution, with a certificate in mediation, specializing in interest-based negotiation, trained at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Natalie is a Certified Happiness Trainer and has experience in building and developing cohesive teams through utilizing assessments and creating training curricula.
