I am highly experienced in commodity-exposed supply chains, third-party manufacturing models, and embedding ESG and sustainability frameworks into commercial decision-making. I am known for: - leading and developing high-performing teams - partnering effectively with CEOs, CFOs and executive leadership - navigating complex stakeholder and market environments with clarity and integrity - delivering outcomes without compromising governance, quality or culture Alongside senior leadership roles, I am open to selective advisory, speaking and industry engagements where practical experience and strategic thinking can add value. I am passionate about developing strong procurement and supply chain leaders and creating environments where capable people are trusted to own outcomes and grow. I welcome thoughtful conversations with peers, organisations and individuals serious about supply chain performance, leadership and long-term value creation.
