Supporting the Energy (Oil & Gas) division, I specialize in recruiting high-quality Admin and HSE professionals to meet project and operational needs across Monadelphous sites. My role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and project teams to deliver timely, fit-for-purpose recruitment solutions that align with safety, compliance, and workforce planning goals. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Admin and HSE roles across multiple projects Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for rapid mobilisation Collaborate with Operations Managers and Project Managers to understand workforce needs Write and post engaging job ads, screen candidates, and conduct reference checks Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold Monadelphous’ values of safety, integrity, and teamwork Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes and systems
