I am an associate within the Employment and Workplace Relations team at Panetta McGrath Lawyers. I have experience advising employers across many industries, on all aspects of employment law including termination of employment, managing ill and injured employees, discrimination matters, performance management of employees and disciplinary matters. As part of the Employment and Workplace Relations team, I also assist clients with employment litigation, drafting employment contracts, developing workplace policies and strategies and negotiating enterprise agreements. I also have experience assisting employers with occupational health and safety compliance, workplace investigations, discrimination matters and workplace bullying.
