Penn State University alumn with a BA in Acting and a BA in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in International Studies. WE ARE… PENN STATE! Grateful to have been honored as the Penn State School of Theatre's Grand Marshal for the 2016 graduating class. I am passionate about acting and about learning about the world around me through performance, news and media. Starting at a young age, I believe that one of the most important aspects in life is to be well-informed about the world around you. This summer I attended The Second City for their comedy studies program. During Spring 2015 I studied acting at the Theatre Academy of London for a semester. I am from Long Island, New York recently moved to New York City to pursue my acting career.

As one of the chosen students for this selective class at Penn State, International Reporting allowed me to successfully take my communication, reporting, writing, video and editing skills into a foreign country. After conducting research on my topic - Theatre's surviving and doing well despite the hard economic times in Athens, Greece - I was able to successfully set up interviews and conduct my storytelling in this foreign country. I interviewed the Artistic director of the National Theatre of Greece, a director from a smaller theatre called Skrow Theatre, and various actors, actresses and students. My project is currently in the editing stage and will be aired on Centre County Report and a local new station within the upcoming months.
