* 1.Handeling the daily petty cash. * 2.Ordering of stock(blinds/shutters). * 3.Capturing invoices to clients. * 4.Working out quotations. * 5.Make sure our clients is happy after installation by giving them a call and thanking them for their business. * 6.Taking incoming calls some may be queries of existing clients and some will be potential clients having queries regarding our blinds and shutters. * 7.Updating our expenses on a daily basis. * 8.Setting up appointments for the Director. * 9.Manage the Director's dairy. * 10.Booking in the company vehicle at Barons VW as well as the Director's vehicle if and when need be.
