Recruiting skillsets: - Cloud DevOps Engineers - Cloud/Security/Infrastructure Architects - Infrastructure Engineers and Administrators - Service Desk/Helpdesk Support Engineers - IT Project Managers - IT Business Analysts - Data Engineers and Analysts - Software Developers Responsibilities: - Creating recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates through various sourcing tools (proprietary database, LinkedIn, referrals) - Evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure alignment with clients’ requirement. Includes in-person interviews, facilitating technical screenings, conducting reference checks, and drug/background checks - Assessing and investigating contractor-related problems, administering performance counseling and disciplinary measures when necessary - Negotiating wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
