Natalie Chow

Natalie is currently a Marketing major with a concentration in Professional Sales at the University of North Texas where she is recognized for her leadership, drive, academic excellence, and passion for creating meaningful connections with peers, mentors, and professionals. She is currently seeking an internship or position in B2B sales or business development. With experience in real estate, marketing, and interpersonal communication, Natalie continues to bring a unique and creative perspective to every opportunity she pursues.Natalie passed the State and National Texas Real Estate Exam on her first try in June of 2024 after spending her entire senior year of high school and freshman year of college completing the required coursework and has been practicing real estate ever since. Currently, Natalie works at Kanam Realty Group and supports end-to-end leasing operations and has closed on over 10+ residential leases. She successfully supports the property management of over 250+ rental properties across DFW and Austin. Natalie is the Facilitator Liaison for the Resident Benefit Package offered to tenants and serves as a point of contact for tenants and property owners by answering questions and addressing inquiries related to the RBP program. In addition to property management, Natalie actively partakes in the buying and selling of residential real estate and has successfully closed on the sale of a residential property, and currently manages active residential listings for sale and lease. On campus, Natalie serves as a Student Director of Marketing alongside a board of eleven others for the Professional Leadership Program and creates content 3-4 times per week while collaborating with two other marketing directors. She leads and mentors a cluster of four PLP members by facilitating guidance, setting expectations, and supporting their growth in the program. Natalie is also a member of the North Texas Sweethearts where she supports UNT athletics, fostering life-long connections with fellow members, and serves the Denton community and is an advocate for the National Brain Tumor Society.
