As a business leader, board member, and executive coach, I enable leaders and firms to transform with purpose. I coach leaders to overcome resistance to change, challenging and inspiring them to achieve ambitious goals.With 20+ years' of leadership in pharma, logistics, impact investment, and executive education, I have established and built social impact and sustainability strategies and teams in global organizations in Europe and Asia.At MSD, I am embedding social impact and sustainability in the firm's Europe and Canada business. I also bring corporate governance skills to board positions, including recently as Non-Executive Director of Jeronimo Martins, a $30 bn retailer in emerging markets in Europe and South America. Previously as CSO at IMD business school, I steered the strategy for sustainability executive education and ensured we walked the talk in our own operations. As Head of Sustainability for Maersk's supply chain management business, I led cross-functional teams to drive responsible procurement, humanitarian logistics, energy efficiency, and protect human rights. I enjoy making complexity understandable, authoring book chapters, trends reports, and award-winning teaching cases. I also engage audiences on sustainability leadership at global events such as the COP, WEF and QS Higher Education Summit.My consulting at a billion-dollar single family office and social enterprise platform in Asia led to bottom-of-the-pyramid business models and impact investment solutions that strengthened equity in health and education in marginalized communities. I draw on my communications expertise honed as business journalist at Bloomberg to help firms better articulate their ESG strategy and roadmap.I coach senior executives, mentor leaders on the IMD Women on Boards program and at the International Olympic Committee EmpowerHer program and coach Ukrainian woman leaders driving societal change amid war.With roots in the US and Canada, my career has spanned the globe, working in Eastern Europe for 6 years, Southeast Asia for 15 years, and now enjoying Switzerland for the past 10 years.
