I grew up in a family where hard work, perseverance, and respect for others were non-negotiable values. From an early age, I learned to see challenges not as obstacles but as opportunities to grow. My career has taken me into the world of BPO, digitalization, and technology consulting, where I’ve managed teams in complex and fast-changing environments. I have led operations in Spain and Latin America and driven international expansion into four new countries. What motivates me goes beyond business results: I am passionate about integrating cultures, optimizing processes, and using technology to improve productivity and people’s lives. Today, as CEO of Sulzer Spain, I focus on innovation and operational excellence. My leadership is about more than strategy—it’s about building environments where people can thrive, develop, and contribute their best. For me, leadership means guiding, transforming, and helping others grow. Outside of work, skiing and road cycling remind me that success is not only about reaching the summit but about how you get there and with whom you share the journey. After more than a decade in business management, operational efficiency, and digital transformation, I continue to live by the philosophy I grew up with: always look ahead, find solutions, and keep building.
