Independently built up the CSR framework for EF China from 0 to 1 and launched 3 main projects from local, national to international volunteering services – the hearing program, Rural English Teachers Training Program, Nepal Voluntour. - Established long-term partnership with key phylanthropical institutions to expand EF CSR footptints around the world - Build up and lead the internal volunteering working committee regarding volunteer recruitment, selection, training and onboard. - In charge of the internal and external communication materials for CSR programs

• Drived employee engagement campaigns to increase positive branding feeds on main social media platforms and engage 8000+ staff across China, with more that 30 million views on Weibo hashtags. • Managed 200+ corporate branded WeChat accounts and coordinated system integration with WeChat at Work • Conducted social listening analysis to provide product heads with key insights into the channel health and recommendations to improve performances.
