Support of Sr traders with daily operations and ad-hoc requests. - Tech contract execution: contract registration in SAP S/4 Hana, resolution of crop/storage/credit limit issues with Finance and Customer Service, and regular updates of delivery costs ("bogey") based on Supply Chain team's data. - P&L reporting: accurately entered daily trade activities into SAP, daily reported P&L positions to Geneva trading group, estimated local market inventory prices for month-end P&L valuation. - Created accurate S&Ds and in-depth local market analysis (customers, suppliers, competitors) for sunflower, rapeseed, sfs oil, and meal; Power Bi predictive models for sunflower seed flows in Russia. - Managed technical trading setup at the National Commodity Exchange (NTB), overseeing counterparty accreditation and access control for sunflower seed procurement auctions.

- Processed payments and invoices, including payroll and intercompany loans, in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle JDE. - Reported and monitored daily cash balances, transferred funds between corporate accounts, and prepared reports and analysis of corporate cash activities and planning. - Analyzed factors causing payment rejections using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Initiated and led internal projects in collaboration with the IT team to resolve technical payment issues related to wireless transfers from SAP ERP to the banking system. - Performed month-end closing activities, including reconciling vendor statements and closing the AP sub-ledger. - Served as a Lean Six Sigma mentor (Green Belt program).
