Experienced visual merchandiser with seventeen years of experience in the fashion industry, gained in international clothing chains such as LPP, Zara and Mango. I specialise in creating attractive and consistent visual concepts that support sales and strengthen the brand image. For many years, I have been involved in training and team development, coordinating the opening of new stores and implementing VM standards on international markets. Currently, as a Regional Visual Merchandiser at Mango, I manage five markets, develop a team and support the further expansion of the region. My activities combine creativity, strategic approach and attention to detail, which translates into measurable business results.
