Natacha Fazal-Karim

I am Natacha Fazal-Karim, a global citizen, creator, mother, and humanitarian whose life and work are guided by soul, sense, and service. Born in Paris and shaped by journeys across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, I founded Stardust Concept, a creative consultancy rooted in holistic, sensory design. Our mission is to inspire beauty that heals, nurtures, and uplifts. My design philosophy is grounded in emotional depth and cultural authenticity. I shape spaces such as residences, hotels, and restaurants that go beyond aesthetics to evoke feeling, connection, and harmony. In every property, whether it's our Locanda Le Piazze hotel, One Belvedere Tuscany, Tavola Di Guido, or QB Cucina, I seek to create timeless environments that embody sustainability, soul, and quiet luxury. In 2020, I also founded Beloved, a conscious living platform and storytelling space that champions sustainable, soulful lifestyles. Through Beloved, I share reflections, design rituals, and curated experiences that celebrate slowness, sustainability, and emotional depth. It’s an intimate space for women and seekers to reconnect with self, nature, and purpose. In 2022, I launched HerMeNow, an impact platform empowering women-led social enterprises in MENA, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Through visibility, mentorship, and economic opportunity, we support changemakers who are reshaping their communities. My multicultural upbringing also fuels my humanitarian activism. I actively support projects addressing systemic inequity across Cambodia, Morocco, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Whether leading design teams, planting olive trees, or sipping tea with my sons at dawn, I stay grounded in presence, simplicity, and a quiet revolution of giving back.
