·Responsible for the monetization of Apps & Games developed or published by company（Clean master, CM Security, Piano Tiles 2, Dancing Line，Rolling sky etc.） ·Developed new business models, designed new business scenarios in products to maximize the traffic value; ·Expanded new business monetization partners and maintained good development relations with them to achieve a win-win partnership.

Responsible for UA of self-developed products；Developed the UA strategy and implemented it according to the overall mobile Internet market in Russia.

Responsible for leading 80 Russian actors, won title of “Top Ten Employees”.
