KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Senior Solution Architect and head of the pre-sales design team and the delivery team for complex and diversified proposals incorporating technology and software for core networks (IP & DWDM), banks, airports, public safety and security in sports venues, public transportation systems, universities (typical size $5 – 10M) • Technical Leader and Senior Solution Architect for the delivery of (among others): DC integration & networking for major SP in Malta [€1.5M], overseas DWDM network between Malta & Italy for major SP [€1.5M], Bank DC re-engineering in Cyprus [€1M], University Campus network [€2M], Smart City network [€2M] • Key driver of technology roadmap and focus of the Company for DWDM, Core networks, complex Enterprise networks, Data Centre & Cloud, WAN and Security components • Author of Logicom Solutions Design Handbook and other in-company engineering standards and best practices as well as developer of resource estimation and management tools

Initially Technical Director and Chief Engineer (Head of the Solution Design team), later overall Head of the Engineering department (20+ engineers). Key assignments: Pre-sales and project-based concept, preliminary and detailed design and engineering for security solutions (closed perimeter protection, linear asset protection, C4I/C2, street surveillance, city security, airport security etc.); Deployment (installation-commissioning-testing) of security solutions; Technology review & evaluation and Co-definition of Technology Roadmap; System Design Authority and Project Technical Lead; Consultancy. Reporting to the VP of Engineering & Technology. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Solution architect for the pre-sales (concept) design team for proposals with total worth in excess of $300M • Leader of the project (preliminary & detailed) design team and of the deployment team for projects with total worth in excess of $50M for refineries, oil fields, pipelines, airports and other critical infrastructure • Development of technological solution templates that are standardized, modular, pre-engineered, efficient and optimized, reducing time and manpower requirements and increasing quality of proposal preparation • Comprehensive integration and staging lab for de-risking of project deployment • Key driver of technology roadmap and focus of the Company • Author of Olive Group Solutions / Restrata Design Handbook and other in-company engineering standards and best practices

Headed the ICS MSI multinational design and integration team (20-25 engineers) for the four ICS “work streams”, comprising of T2A / T2B Communications, Security, Building Control & Monitoring and Airport Operations. Concurrently served as Design Leader for the Communications “work stream” (Cabling & space, LAN, WLAN, Cellular, PMR, TV distribution). Systems Design Authority (SDA) and Chief Engineer for all ICS systems. Chief architect for all Communications. Member of the Project Leadership team (along with Project Director and Commercial Director). Central ICS technical point person for customer (BAA) and builder (HETco). Reporting to the Project Director [Project budget: £10M] KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Managed all design team resources and participated in project budget allocation. • Key member of team charged with estimation of T2A / T2B ICS budget [~£120M] at ±20%. • Identified and managed design, implementation and integration risks worth over £30M. • Primary creator of ICS delivery schedule, from inception to terminal completion (including integration with builder and other critical milestones). • Authored all strategy papers, engineering and design handbooks. • Created design methodology and relevant quality procedures. • Led multi-party (MSI, customer, builder) collaboration work, resulting in clear scope allocation (extensively pioneering the use of visual scope representation diagrams), space safeguarding, functionality inter-working, increased project efficiency and compliance with established performance metrics. • Generated up to 20% cost savings by spearheading design innovations, improvements and optimizations for cabling, space, LAN and UPS systems and additional performance improvements of lighting control systems, building controls and monitoring systems.

Served as key member of the company executive team, oversaw company’s budget and led the technical department. Accountable, as chief software architect and senior network & ICT infrastructure designer, for all design, development, delivery and support of all products and services. Managed up to 15 network engineers and software developers. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Leader of the development team for the creation and evolution of Compass and CompassNG, an applications suite for integrated maritime communications and decision making for ship brokering, sales & purchases and chartering; a global market leader with installations in Greece, UK, Singapore, US, India and China [Development cost: €1M] • Chief design and implementation engineer and head of the design and implementation teams for on-time, on-budget delivery of numerous network engineering projects, including: - Doha 2006 Asian Games C4I system – ICT infrastructure, networks and security (subcontractor to Siemens I BT/SES/ISS) [total project budget: €23M - ICT infrastructure, networks, security budget: €4M] - Athens 2004 Olympic Games C4I and Physical Security systems – Networks and security (subcontractor to Siemens I BT/SES/ISS) [total project budget: €255M - Networks, security budget: €12M] - Vivodi Telecoms – MPLS backbone and QoS support - Unisystems – Data centre network infrastructure and security - Eurobank – Internet data centre IT infrastructure, networks and security - Wind (former Telestet) – IP backbone (subcontractor to Compaq) - HSBC Greece – IP backbone redundancy • Leader of the development for outsourced network and systems management services, Dreamtech NCS. • Leader of the development team for several Web-based custom software systems for managing EU projects for the submission of research proposals and for the management of SME IT support initiatives.

Headed network design, implementation and management, accountable for both GRnet1 and GRnet2 phases of network development, for network backbone (core) and customer access and the DNS system. Managed up to 5 senior network engineers, a budget of €1M per phase and a network of routers, switches and DNS servers. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Designed and implemented one of the largest ISPs in Greece (GRnet), leveraging cutting-edge technology (e.g. MPLS and DWDM) and bridging priorities of connecting parties, government, EU policies and budget restrictions. • Championed all aspects of the first Greek Internet Exchange, AIX (www.aix.gr), including all technical, commercial and political issues. • Designed EDUnet, the access network (based on GRnet backbone) for all elementary and high schools throughout Greece
