As the Chief Operating Officer at Feizhoucom, I am responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring that our innovative projects are delivered efficiently, and that we maintain our high standards interms of Quality and Agility. My role focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing performance, and creating long term strategies for the company. I support the hall team of développers and Communication experts and manage the Communication funnel. I worked with theFondation Phosboucraa OCP Fondation on a transcription and translation project, where I transcribed videos from Hassaniya Arabic (spoken in the Moroccan Sahara regions of Dakhla and Laayoune) into scripts and translated them into English. I translated the report for the International Conference on 'Digital Transformation: Between Regulation and Competitiveness' from French to English for the Competition Council of Morocco. Given my strong background in corporate communication, international relations, diplomacy, and English, I ensured a precise and contextually accurate translation. My expertise in these areas enabled me to effectively handle the translation and deliver high-quality results.

I translated the 2023 Annual Report and the International Conference on the theme: 'Digital Transformation: Between Regulation and Competitiveness' from French to English for the Competition Council of Morocco. I was solely responsible for the entire translation and proofreading process. With diplomas in English, French, International Relations, I ensured that translations are accurate and contextually appropriate.

I worked as a Communication Coordinator at Leneuf Media, where I was later promoted to Communication Manager. I gained a strong understanding of the media landscape in Morocco and developed a network with journalists across the country. My responsibilities include : -Ensured comprehensive media coverage for events and announcements. -Wrote and distributed press releases to media outlets. -Managed and coordinated all press communications and media inquiries. -Created engaging web content for the online newspaper Joudour.ma. -Led the content creation team and supervised website development projects. -Developed and implemented SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic. -Built and maintained strong relationships with journalists across Morocco.

At MCA Morocco, I had the opportunity to utilize my bilingual skills in English and French and international relation studies that helped me to proofread various corporate documents. I also proposed engaging social media content, supported public communication efforts, and liaised with both national and international journalists. I helped in organizing events and was responsible for writing speeches and enhancing existing ones to ensure they resonated with the audiences. My dedication and contributions were recognized, and I quickly transitioned to the role of Communication Coordinator with 9media Agency. I also played a significant role in organizing events by negotiating with service providers to secure the best deals and ensure seamless execution. This involved conducting thorough benchmarking and selecting the most suitable partners to meet our needs.

I was responsible for various missions related to the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE). My tasks included: Developing and implementing strategies to promote social and solidarity economy initiatives. Coordinating with stakeholders and partners to support SSE projects. Conducting research and analysis on SSE trends and best practices. Managing and evaluating project outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Facilitating workshops and events to raise awareness and engage community members.

I was very happy to be one of the elected Ambassadors of AUI Value of the dialogue project that will ultimately lead to the development of AUI's Value Charter. I have been very happy to help and support in this important strategic project.
