Nassau Investments is a private equity firm specializing in value-add hotels and apartment complexes. Its principals and partners have acquired over 3,000 apartment units since 1999. Our hotel operator-partner has over 5,000 hotel keys (worth over $1.5 BILLION) under management. We succeed with apartments and hotels through making cost-effective value-add improvements. This leads to substantial increase in the market value of our investments. We are able to achieve very low cost renovation, construction and property managent by being vertically integrated.
