I spearhead procurement operations, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Head, ensuring seamless supply chain management by overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, price negotiations, and delivery terms. My role involves procuring printing machinery, consumables, packaging materials, and office assets while managing inventory, processing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and maintaining accurate financial records through invoice processing and purchase reporting. I conduct quality checks on samples and mockup artwork, establish strong supplier relationships for competitive pricing and timely delivery, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize procurement strategies and fulfill operational requirements effectively.

• Develop and ensure that established policies, rules and regulations and procedures are followed. Managing escalations of MNC customers and key account customers. • Handling Import & Export clearance process for all MNC companies. • Handling import/Operation into documentation for DUTY / Re-export /exhibition shipments / all kind of scheme like RBOE/DEC /SEZ| STPI-EOU clearance procedures for IT/Non-IT Industries. • Supervised the customs documentation, classification team classified goods according to tariff coding system & verified with customs broker. • To co-ordinate with Airline/Freight Forwarder for collection of documents and delivery orders. To implement the SOP of the customers handled as agreed and ensure the efficiency in implementation. • To ensure DSR is prepared and monthly statements of customers handled along with TAT reports. Established customer SOP's for key accounts. Tracking cargo from port of loading to final place of delivery in Well planned mannerism. • Directed distribution centre operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness objectives, including transportation and warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality management.
