Responsibilities -Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. - Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities. -Solve problems for clients and customers developing innovative and tailored solutions. -Build and maintain client relations. -Marketing KSB pumps & Sungil water tanks in UAE markets as being the authorized distributor. -Well accomplished in sales & technical aspects of Pumps KSB, Grundfos, Xylem - Goulds, Xylem - Lowara, Ebara, Dab, Pedrollo, Davey.

-Identify the requirements and applications of pumps for the customers in the building or industrial purpose. -Techno-commercial support. -Technical knowledge of Various kinds of pumps (Grundfos,Xylem & KSB). -Technical knowledge of Solar water heater(Ariston) & GRP panel tank.

Designation : Project Engineer - HVAC ( Heating ventilation and Air conditioning). Duration : Dec 2018 - Dec 2020. Location : Cochin, Kerala, India.  Handling project activities like preparation of project schedules, estimation, quantity survey, co-ordination & site execution through all the phase of the project.  Site inspection and interpret client requirements.  Study AutoCAD drawings and cross check site feasibility.  Study site requirements and discuss with concern engineer and client for any clarification.  Review approved drawing, technical sheet, completion date with project manager  Follow up for material delivery with branch to maintain the work scheduled  Co-ordinate with accounts department for dispatch schedules, contact number of transporter and all relevant documents.  Monitor inter-connection of suction and discharge refrigerant copper piping’s and drain piping’s.  Coordinate with client for material inspection at site.  Give installation drawing of panels and ref system to technicians.  Terminations and electrical cablings.  Assist in pressure testing and vacuuming of units.  Pressure testing of pipe line and get necessary approval from client.  Supervise erection of AHU, FCU, Chilled water system and auxiliary ducting.  Identify engineering problems and ensure solution are implemented  Commissioning of chiller units.  Coordinate with other services for better installation.  Evaluate, Organize and priorities workload within given schedule time.  Liaise with third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for the purpose.  Take responsibility and lead the team of technicians and execute the project at agreed time  Discuss with contractor for milestone payment terms and project time scheduled.  Highlight the project variations if any, and discuss with the client and the company for the same.  Preparation of Snag list.  Commissioning and handing over the project to the client
