I’m an AAT‑qualified Management Accountant currently studying CIMA, specialising in building robust, automated and audit‑ready finance processes. My work focuses on improving reporting accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and designing efficient workflows that support confident decision‑making across the organisation.Since joining Bloomcare Group in 2024, I’ve taken a leading role in group‑level finance operations within the social care sector, including month‑end close, management accounts, accruals, prepayments and consolidated P&L analysis. I design and implement automated reporting solutions using Power Query, VBA and structured workflows, ensuring our data is reliable, scalable and audit‑friendly. I also manage and mentor the Purchase Ledger team, supporting their development and embedding strong financial discipline across the function. In addition, I am leading the implementation of a new purchase order system across the Group to enhance operational efficiency and financial control.Before joining Bloomcare Group, I built a broad foundation in the manufacturing sector, working across accounts, payroll, purchase ledger leadership and process improvement. This included managing very tight cash flow in a fast‑paced production environment, ensuring continuity of supply, prioritising critical payments and maintaining operational stability under pressure. Key achievements include implementing an automated invoice‑recognition system that significantly reduced processing time, supporting payroll operations, and negotiating service contracts that delivered meaningful cost savings.I’m ambitious, analytical and committed to continuous improvement. With AAT completed and CIMA now underway, I’m focused on expanding my technical expertise, strengthening my strategic impact, and continuing to build finance processes that are efficient, compliant and future‑ready.
