About

Drawing on extensive experience across academia and biotechnology, my work focuses on T cell rejuvenation via cellular reprogramming, including iPSC-based platforms and transient reprogramming strategies to functionally enhance tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and advance adoptive cell therapy (ACT). Ongoing efforts are directed toward the development of scalable HSPC expansion technologies that support robust, clinically manufacturable outputs of iPSC-derived hematopoietic cells.

1.　Generated human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) from tumor/neo-antigen specific T cells (TIL-iPSC). 2.　Developed an efficient method for generating tumor-specific iPSCs from bulk TILs by applying selective stimulation, enabling reprogramming of only tumor-reactive T cells. I 3.　Mass-produced multipotent HPCs from iPSCs by developing self-organized hematopoietic organoids in a supplement-free condition.
