Financial Inclusion for Growth, Return, and Opportunities for Work (FIGROW) — World Bank (IBRD)–financed project implemented under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan; monitoring project performance against the Results Framework, tracking PDO and intermediate indicators, conducting data analysis, and preparing M&E inputs for World Bank reporting (ISR)

• Promoted the ‘IsDB Sustainable Rural Development Project Component B’ through strategic social media campaigns. • Engaged with national media outlets to enhance project visibility and outreach. • Utilized various PR tools to effectively communicate project results to diverse audiences.
