I am passionate about research in general and problem-solvinig is my core competence. Apart from being a clear thinker, I work well with collective mind of a team. Currently working as a postdoctoral research assistant in the group of Dr. Tom Robinson at Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces. My work is to develop methods to produce multicompartmental vesicles using Microfludics for application as Artificial Cell. Other responsibilities include project management and supervising students. I am constantly looking for more challenging opportunities that push my abilities forward.

I study the assembly of HIV-1 Gag viral protein on model membranes using fluorescent techniques like Confocal microscopy, FCS, and FLIM-FRAP etc. I fabricate these model membranes and perform various experiments including biochemical methods like Protein purification and Western blotting etc.

My job was to fabricate and immobilize aptamers on cantilevers, characterize it and sense cancerous cells. I handled AFM, Fluorescence Microscope, and Goniometer. During the period I got the opportunity to work in clean room facility.
