Complete management of collection, and recording of expense envelopes. Work with other departments or teams like operations & records management to handle movement and appropriate storage of expense envelopes at the storage location. Work with third party storage vendors to arrange for older expense envelopes to be moved to their storage location. Respond to e-mails and phone calls received, relating to expense receipt compliance. Sending the email notification to employees to submit the expense in DTE. Recording and reporting statistics related to the expense envelopes received, to the management. Working on DTE (the Time & Expense system), expense receipt tracking system and other applications as necessary, to record or assign the physical locations of the expense envelopes in the system.
