My primary role is to be the go-to person for Malaysia & Singapore's recruitment process right from the requisition stage to advertisement, interviewing & onboarding. I was also eventually responsible for the full administration, evaluation & maintenance of our HRMS function. • Assisted with the employer branding & employee survey that was conducted for 13 different markets • Hiring junior to managerial level roles like Sales Representatives, Product Managers & Sales Managers • In charge of scheduling & preparing needed documents for each interviews arranged for Hiring Managers • Manually preparing attrition & company headcount report on a monthly basis • Managed to save recruitment costing up to EUR 238,000 collectively for both MYSG in the year 2023

- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners & also the Head of SEA in fulfilling high level commercial & executive roles across the region (by sourcing, screening candidates) within defined hiring SLAs and budget across multiple business divisions (Pharma, Oncology, Generics). - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers in order to enable delivery of their recruitment needs - Managing right candidate source mix (social media, job portals, employee referral, agencies etc.) for the positions handled with a close eye on Cost per hire.

-Execute a unique sourcing methodology, which is known as Total Talent Sourcing Methodology (TTSM) based on active sourcing for passive candidates. Completed all 3 modules. -Responsible for attracting and matching candidates with client companies across America. -Qualifying roles with onsite recruiter / client to understand requirements and needs -To provide voice recruiting to identify and qualify active and passive candidates before endorsing them to clients. -To provide advanced research and sourcing support to internal and external clients. -Manage multiple diverse sourcing channels including (but not limited to) career job portals, social medias, head hunting, talent pool and managing candidate database. -Adherence to Service Level Agreement for recruitment activities. -Manage and build good relationships with stakeholders/partners (internally and externally) to ensure effective staffing communication, processes, performance and operations are in place. -Results driven and ability to work with diverse cultures.
