I am a digital growth, customer experience and analytics leader with 19 years of experience spanning eCommerce, Telecom and Insurance. l lead a global team with members in India, France and Morocco focused on offering an enhanced digital customer experience and driving digital growth for Orange Business in collaboration with product, business and IT teams. In my previous role at Dell Technologies, I led a team of analysts, data scientists and data engineers that partnered with product, online sales and marketing teams to enhance the digital customer experience and online revenue through analytics driven insights. At AXA Business Services, I led a Digital and Marketing Analytics team that worked with the digital marketing and brand teams globally in the areas of conversion rate optimization, performance marketing, search engine optimization, social media listening and campaign analytics. I managed a US $46 Million business at the peak of competition in the telecom sector at Airtel, India's leading telecom service provider. As a marketer, I focused on leveraging consumer insights to build a go to market strategy. Thought Leadership I enjoy sharing my perspectives with other professionals and learning through interactions with them. I have been a speaker and panelist at multiple events and forums on Analytics, CX (Customer Experience) and Digital Experimentation. I led an initiative called Digital Analytics Community (DAC), from 2017 to 2024, to establish a stronger connect among the professionals working in the digital analytics domain.
