As part of the European Talent and Organisational Effectiveness team for Mondelez, my role is primarily focused on developing and supporting the successful implementation of impactful, consistent learning and development solutions across our 33 countries in Europe. Requiring a good dose of creative thinking, organisational agility and influence, a key accountability of this role has been focused on driving consistent people development approaches across 16 of our European countries, ensuring a strategic focus on how we invest into our people. I have also played a significant role in driving our offer to support colleagues and people managers through change, and designing programmes, tools and learning interventions related to Change Management, Personal Resourcefulness and People Management, that have been utilised with colleagues across our 88 countries around the world. Finally, I partner our commercial, corporate and category HR Leaders in designing how we integrate bespoke T&OE solutions that drive forward business performance.

This role forms part of the Talent and Organisational Effectiveness team, with a focus on designing the Learning and Development approach and tools for UK&I colleagues in the business. The primary focus of the role is developing our line manager population, in addition to engaging our wider UK&I population (circa 8000 colleagues) in making Mondelez International a great place to work for all.
