EXPERIENCE; • Contribute to the development of the Country business strategy and implement regional HR strategy • Define and implement HR strategies, policies, regulations and guidelines within the labour law of Egypt • Prepare the short- mid and long-term plans for HR activities in agreement with the VP HR and GM • Support VP HR in implementing corporate/regional HR processes • Develop and implement qualified people management including CSC’S leadership development, succession planning, organisational development, compensation, payroll and HR controlling within the established area of responsibility and in agreement with VP HR and GM • Participate and support VP HR on special projects (absenteeism, shift leaders, cross border, talent program) • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

Performing all HR related jobs including the following: • Handling the staff monthly timesheet, calculating overtimes, annual leaves, sick leaves…. • Monitoring the finger print machine and controlling the staff attendance. • Issuing visa letters, penalty letters, thanking letters, and all official governmental letters. • Handling ramp side permits for staff and visitors. • Renewing company's vehicles yearly licenses. • Issuing the monthly roster for all company employees. • Dealing with the medical insurance company for all related staff requests. • Updating the data base system of employees.
